Jean Reboul: Hôtelier
from father to son since 1900
Since 1900, the
Reboul family is working in the hotel business and gathering.
"My great grandfather started to work in hotels in the Drôme (another region
of France).
My grand father followed him, and then my father who was working as a chef.
Like my father, I started to work as a chef but later, I moved on to
hotel owner and Manager.
I also have nephews in the hospitality industry".
The Hotel is his 4th business.
Before, he was in Valence, but there were a lot of concurrence and he was
wise to sell his affair before the city reach its hotel surcapacity.
He has been looking around for one year , wanted to find something in the
South of France , from where his wife is coming from..... And this is in
Saint-Raphael that he has found his dream business: a 20 bedrooms hotel
without gathering
"We wanted a smaller hotel, there is less staff to manage and the atmosphere
is more familial"
Effectively, Mr.
and Mrs Reboul work alone.
They have a night guard and in high season, one chambermaid.
